“People can compare us if they want,” Graham Zug said. “Jordan, Derrick and Deon were great receivers and their names will be remembered forever here. That’s fine with us, but we’re different individuals.”

As many as seven receivers currently on campus — and three or four true freshmen enrolling this summer — will have shots at breaking into the offense this fall, but Zug and fellow redshirt junior Brett Brackett and redshirt sophomores Derek Moye and Chaz Powell are those most likely to see the bulk of reps.
So far, their teammates and coaches have been only ones to see the new group in regular action. That will change today, when Blue meets White at 2 p.m. in Penn State’s annual spring scrimmage in Beaver Stadium.
